Interior Updates & Unit Separation

The home’s interior was showing its age with worn finishes, a dated layout, and an open floor plan that failed to provide sufficient privacy and separation between living units. The homeowner needed targeted cosmetic upgrades alongside a structural fix to clearly define the spaces.

The Weekend Carpenter modernized the interior by refinishing the fireplace surround into a stylish focal point and installing fresh cabinetry paired with a new backsplash in the powder room. To establish privacy between the units, Richard framed in a new wall partition and expertly hung an interior door—delivering a refreshed, functional, and properly segmented home.
